I ordered this suitcase to be shipped to the hotel. The company worked very hard to get one shipped out immediately. Unfortunately, the shipping company sent the package in the wrong direction and it didn’t arrive until after I left the conference (with my old luggage duct taped). This company arranged to have the order forwarded to my home address AND refunded me the cost I paid for expedient shipping. They were wonderful to work with, very kind and reasonable. The luggage is lightweight yet very sturdy and has plenty of pockets. I will buy more to create a full set.
